Steve Sarkisian selling house for $9.5 million (Photos)
If Brady Hoke’s Michigan house was way under your house budget, we’ve got another coach property that may be to your liking.
USC coach Steve Sarkisian is selling his house in Rolling Hills, Calif. According to the Los Angeles Times, he purchased the house for $8 million last year. He’s asking $9.5 million for it now. Sarkisian and his wife announced this spring they were getting divorced.
The house has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. From the listing on Redfin:
Luxury Estate underwent a $3 Million renovation. Situated on over 5 magnificent acres, with a 500 fruit tree Orchard, Pool, Spa, Tennis Court, 2,200 gallon Koi Pond, Putting Green, Outdoor Kitchen Pavilion, and magnificent, Panoramic Views. The long cobblestone driveway leads you to an impressive Porte-Cochere. A large, gracious entry welcomes you and provides access to the extraordinary living areas, including Living Room, Formal Dining Room, Family Room, Media Room, Wine Cellar, Gourmet Kitchen AND separate Catering Kitchen, Exercise Room, and 2 Offices.
Here are some pictures of the house via Redfin.
Hoke, the former Michigan coach, is selling his house for just under $3 million. His house is $286 per square foot while Sarkisian’s house is listed for $1,152, or approximately four times the cost per square foot. Gotta love California real estate prices.
