Riley Curry might have been a little bit sleepy on Tuesday night when it came time to celebrate the fact that her dad, NBA Most Valuable Player Stephen Curry, and his teammates on the Golden State Warriors had just won the 2014-15 NBA championship. But if you think she was going to stay on the sidelines as dear old Dad went through his photoshoot with the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy, then you, my friend, are the one who’s sleepin’ and dreamin’:

“It’s my turn,” says a pouting Riley as everyone assembled at the shoot just loses it. Of course it is. It’s been your turn all spring, really. Why stop now?
Well, then, go on and get involved, young lady:
Beautiful. But how about we let Mom (a.k.a. Ayesha Curry) get in the mix?
Yeah, that’s just about perfect. What a tremendous moment for the Curry family, which burst into the national spotlight this postseason thanks in part to the remarkable shooting and playmaking of No. 30 … but in larger part, really, due to a virtuosic MVP performance by a certain precocious two-year-old.
