Sagan wins Tour de Suisse stage; Dumoulin retains lead (The Associated Press)
Peter Sagan of Slovakia sprinted to victory on a twisting road Monday to win the third stage of the Tour de Suisse, which was shortened by rock falls on the course. Sagan also earned time bonuses to climb to third overall behind leader Tom Dumoulin of the Netherlands, who placed fifth and retained the yellow jersey. On a reduced 117.3-kilometer (72.9-mile) route in the Swiss Alps, Sagan outsprinted Daniel Moreno of Spain to clock 3 hours, 35 seconds.
