Rob Gronkowski stars in hilarious Dunkin’ Donuts commercial with David Ortiz (Video)
Dunkin’ Donuts was founded and is based in the Boston area, so it’s no surprise the company enlisted two of Boston’s biggest sports stars – New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski and Boston Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz – for its new iced coffee commercial.
And in true Gronk and Big Papi style, the two delivered the goods in a hysterical music video for a song called “Sippin’.”
There’s a lot to digest here. The first thing I notice, besides the enormous sunglasses, is that both of these guys can carry a tune pretty well.
I also really need to see these guys riding a tandem bike around Boston.
The best part of the video is up for debate.
Ortiz shows he’s a man of many talents by shredding a cup solo.
Gronk, though, has a sudden heel turn at the end and instinctively spikes the crap out of his iced coffee.
Apparently Gronk didn’t like the coffee as much as Big Papi.
