This Padres promo video is sure to make you feel, uhhh, motivated

The San Diego Padres unleashed a new promo video onto the Internets and it’s, uhhh, well, it’s ummm, vivid. Yeah, that’s a good word.

The Pads video features pieces of Shia LaBeouf’s recently viral “Just Do It” speech, plus pulsing dance music, explosions, a fighter jet and strobe lights mixed in with a number of Padres highlights, including Derek Norris’ recent walk-off grand slam. It’s wild enough to make you think Michael Bay edited it together.

We imagine this is what A.J. Preller — the San Diego’s intense and aggressive general manager — sees when he goes to sleep each night.
