Heavy metal guitarist goes to Grammys in full Dodgers uniform
The Stew isn’t usually the place to discuss award-show fashion — we usually leave that to our friends at Yahoo Style — but Brent Hinds of Atlanta heavy metal band Mastodon has thrust us into fashion talk.
You see, that’s Hinds wearing a full Los Angeles Dodgers uniform at Sunday night’s Grammy Awards. In a room full of fancy dresses and dapper tuxedos, he certainly stands out.
Hinds didn’t land on Yahoo’s “best dressed” list, but Adrian Gonzalez, the Dodgers star whose uniform he was wearing, thought Hinds deserved an award.

Mastodon didn’t win a Grammy either. Tenacious D beat the band in the best metal performance category. But maybe the dudes from Mastodon could get some free Dodgers tickets when their tour stops in L.A. in April?
