Rio Olympics 2016: Day 12 schedule, events and how to watch, live stream
We’re almost halfway through the final week of the 2016 Rio Olympics, and action continues with plenty of exciting medal events on Wednesday.
U.S. defending champion Brittany Reese is going for another gold medal in the women’s long jump, and Americans Kerri Walsh Jennings and April Ross look for bronze in their match with Brazil in beach volleyball.
Meanwhile the U.S. men’s basketball team will face its old nemesis Argentina in the quarterfinals.

Men’s quarterfinal: The U.S. takes on Argentina in a quarterfinal matchup. The U.S. has looked shaky in its two previous games, winning by a combined margin of six points.
