Double defending champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce ran her season’s best of 10.88 seconds to reach the final of the 100 and showed all the confidence that two titles bring. In a direct confrontation with European champion Dafne Schippers, the Jamaican sprinter dominated from the start and even had time to let up a bit at the line.
