Vladimir Tarasenko pulls off 'puck on string' move at KHL team's fan day (Video)
Sibir of the KHL held their annual fan day on Thursday allowing supporters to meet the team and have a day of fun watching the players on the ice.
As part of the event, some players took part in a silly shootout competition where a special guest participated. Coming back to visit the home of his first professional team was Vladimir Tarasenko of the St. Louis Blues, who dipped into his back of tricks and pulled off this move:
You’ll recall Tarasenko did the ol’ puck-on-a-string move during the 2012 KHL Skills Competition where it helped him be named winner of the trick shot event.
Tarasenko has yet to bring this to the NHL and try during an All-Star Game Breakaway Challenge. Hopefully he makes it to LA in January and helps make some poor goalie look silly with this move.
