2016 Rio Olympics golf: Leaderboard, live blog, Round 2 updates, Friday highlights
The first round of Olympic golf in 112 years is now in the books and golfers at the 2016 Rio Olympics now have 18 holes to look back on in hopes of making improvements to vie for the first medals to be handed out since 1904.
Both Henrik Stenson and Justin Rose are hoping to ride solid Thursdays to the top of the leaderboard entering the weekend, while little-known Australian Marcus Fraser holds a three-shot lead entering Friday.
CBS Sports will be with you throughout the second round on Friday with live leaderboard updates, results, tweets and commentary. Action begins at 6:30 a.m. ET but really picks up around 8 a.m. So be sure to stop by early and stay late as we help you take it all in from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
