DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy hockey lineup- February 3 – FanSided
FanSided provides you with some NHL players to target for tonight’s DraftKings daily picks.
After 12 NHL games on Tuesday night, things slow down tonight with only three games scheduled. Some fantasy players choose not to participate on nights with so few options, as it’s often harder to pick the right targets. The key is finding a few guys that will not only be able to produce, but will also carry low ownership numbers.
If you do choose to take part in any fantasy contests tonight, DraftKings still offers plenty of choices.
The first game of the evening is an Eastern Conference battle between Buffalo and Montreal. Both teams have been struggling and are currently out of playoff contention. For Montreal, it has turned into a disappointing season considering that the Canadiens looked liked one of the best teams in hockey back in early November. Regardless, several players from both teams will be popular fantasy picks.
The second game of the night stays in the East when Detroit travels to Tampa Bay. With both teams tied in the standings, this should make for a great game both on the ice and for fantasy hockey alike.
Calgary hosts the nightcap when the Carolina Hurricanes come to town to face the Flames. Calgary has really been struggling lately, while Carolina has been surging with a record of 7-2-1 in the last 10 games.
Any mention of salaries or fantasy points in the following slide make reference to the scoring rules and settings on DraftKings.
