Make sure your lineup is set by then.
There’s an intriguing matchup between the New Jersey Devils and the Montreal Canadiens. The Devils are well-rested, having last played on Monday while the Canadiens just played on Tuesday night. The Canadiens have been struggling over their last ten games.
A very interesting matchup that’s worth keeping an eye on is the Pittsburgh Penguins going against the Chicago Blackhawks in Chicago. Chicago is an incredible team at home this season with a 15-5-1 record at the United Center. The Penguins have a 9-8-1 record on the road this season. The two teams played each other last night in an exciting 3-2 overtime win for the Hawks.
The Central Division showdown between the St. Louis Blues and the Colorado Avalanche is one that has some fascinating fantasy hockey options available. The matchup isn’t as lopsided as the records suggest. The Blues are 5-4-1 over their last ten games and something is wrong with their offense. The Avalanche are 6-2-2 over their last ten games and are playing arguably the best hockey that they’ve been playing all season.
The Anaheim Ducks square off at home against the Toronto Maple Leafs in a matchup that should be low-scoring. Stay away from this matchup except for the goalies. The Vancouver Canucks and Carolina Hurricanes both have some guys worth considering for your fantasy lineup.
All fantasy hockey points per game averages and salaries are as listed on FanDuel. Please remember that FanDuel is blocked in the following states: Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, New York, and Washington.
