PRA LOUP, France (Reuters) – German Simon Geschke of the Giant-Alpecin team won the 17th stage of the Tour de France, a 161-km ride from Dignes les Bains on Wednesday. American Andrew Talansky was second for Cannondale-Garmin with Colombian Rigoberto Uran of Etixx-Quick Step finishing third.
