James Franklin personally delivers season tickets to Penn State fans (Video)
Some Penn State season ticket holders got a special surprise from Nittany Lions head coach James Franklin.
Instead of receiving their season tickets through the mail like usual, Franklin, PSU’s second-year head coach, personally delivered season tickets to a handful of fans last Thursday.
He brought some Penn State cheerleaders along with him, too.
“Don’t your season your season tickets get delivered like this every year,” Franklin asked one fan.
One fan even had a “Proud to Support Penn State Football” sign on his property – a sign Franklin was familiar with from his recruiting trips out of town.
“I love your sign. I pass it all the time driving to Philly,” Franklin said.
Penn State was fifth nationally in attendance in 2014, averaging 101,623 fans per contest.
