Armstrong return for charity casts shadow on Tour de France (The Associated Press)

The Tour de France is on in southern France. With the Tour still trying to emerge from the shadow of his doping-rife era, when he won seven Tours then was stripped of the titles, Armstrong’s presence was welcomed by some in the peloton, but openly criticized by more, particularly for taking the spotlight away from the race.
