Reds fans chant ‘Let Pete in’ during Fox’s All-Star broadcast
It should come as no surprise that the Cincinnati Reds fans still love Pete Rose. Despite all the controversy surrounding his ban, and attempt to be reinstated, the hometown fans have stood by his side.

Rose received a huge ovation as he was introduced as part of the Reds’ Franchise Four during the pre-game ceremonies. Hours later, the fans continued to chant for Rose.
In case you can’t decipher the chant in the video below, the fans are yelling “Let Pete in.”
This occurred at the end of the broadcast, and you’ll notice there are not many fans in the background. The select fans who opted to stay went out near the Fox set in order to give their support to Rose.

That shouldn’t come as a huge surprise considering the game was held in Cincinnati. Supporters have always been vehement that Rose deserves to be let back into the game.
Rose met new commissioner Rob Manfred for the first time prior to the start of the game, but the two sides have yet to set a meeting to discuss his reinstatement. The fans’ opinion won’t impact Manfred’s decision, but at least they’ve made their stance pretty clear.
