Cycling-Spain’s Contador wins second Giro d’Italia title (Reuters)
May 31 (Reuters) – Spaniard Alberto Contador won his second Giro d’Italia title after the Tinkoff-Saxo rider retained the overall leader’s pink jersey after the final stage, a 178-km ride from Turin to Milan on Sunday. Italy’s Fabio Aru finished second and his Astana team mate Mikel Landa of Spain was third overall. Contador won his first Giro in 2008. (Writing by Julien Pretot; Editing by Justin Palmer)
