Penn State DL Anthony Zettel tackled a tree out of the ground (Video)
Coming off a big junior season, Penn State defensive lineman Anthony Zettel is preparing for his final season in Happy Valley in a rather untraditional way.
Zettel’s teammate Jordan Dudas posted the above video of the 6-foot-4, 278-pound Zettel completely uprooting a tree with a perfect form tackle. Sure the tree looks like it was already in pretty weak condition, but it’s still impressive to see Zettel take the thing straight to the ground.
After playing defensive end for his first two seasons at PSU, Zettel slid inside to tackle and put together a first team All-Big Ten season with 42 tackles, 17 tackles for loss, eight sacks and three interceptions.
We’ll see if he can put up more big numbers in 2015.
