WR Speedy Noil back in good standing with Texas A&M
Texas A&M receiver Speedy Noil is back in good standing with the program, according to coach Kevin Sumlin.
Sumlin: WR Speedy Noil has fulfilled obligations & will be with team this summer. Ended spring away from team for unspecified reasons.

Noil had missed parts of spring practices because of an undisclosed disciplinary issue, but AggieYell.com noted that Noil’s absence, which included missing a spring scrimmage, was not related to grades or legal issues.
“Speedy Noil has some things he has to complete,” Sumlin said via AggieYell back in April. “We had a discussion a week ago Monday. He will be back this week and we have asked him to do some things, and while he is doing that he has been away from the program … He is doing what we asked him to do. There is more to it than just football. Guys mature at different times and sometimes you have to put things in place to make sure guys understand what is expected of them. Sometimes when you take football away from them, and get them away from the team a little bit, the point is made. I would look for him to be back sometime this week.”
Noil, who was No. 3-rated receiver in the country for the 2014 class, had 46 catches for 583 yards and five touchdowns as a true freshman.
