Louisville DC Todd Grantham tweets out list of Georgia recruiting prospects
Louisville defensive coordinator Todd Grantham made a bit of a boo-boo Saturday when he tweeted out a list of the state of Georgia’s top college football prospects.
Grantham, who used to be the defensive coordinator at Georgia, tweeted what appeared to be a ranked list of the state of Georgia’s top prospects from the 2016 and 2017 classes.
What appeared to be an accidental tweet was deleted quickly, but not before 247Sports managed to nab a screenshot.
This error will probably result in an NCAA slap on the wrist, but more importantly, Grantham just gave Georgia coach Mark Richt and his staff insight into the players he’s attempting to lure from Georgia’s backyard to Louisville.
Either that or this is a cunning ploy from Grantham to throw Georgia off Louisville’s recruiting trail. Yeah, we don’t think Grantham’s that coy either. This was just a case of a pocket tweet that went wrong. Next time Grantham should utilize the “sleep” button.
