Yankees fan tries to throw back home-run ball and fails hilariously
What you see above is Toronto Blue Jays slugger Edwin Encarnacion hitting a big ol’ two-run homer against the New York Yankees in his team’s 6-1 opening day win. While the Yanks and starter Masahiro Tanaka had a rough day, the person who failed the hardest Monday at Yankee Stadium was in the stands.

It was the woman who retrieved Encarnacion’s homer and wanted to throw it back. It was about as effective as 50 Cent’s infamous first pitch. Behold:
Why people still choose to do this, we don’t know. Just keep the ball. Take it home and enjoy it as a souvenir. If you don’t want it, give it to a kid seating nearby. Throwing it back is silly — and not because you have a chance of embarrassing yourself.
