White Sox fan supports Chris Sale's jersey protest in unique way
Chris Sale’s feud with the Chicago White Sox over the club’s 1976 throwback jerseys has put the team’s fans in an uncomfortable position. Should they stand with their ace, and support his notion that winning needs to come first, or should they support the franchise they’ve loved their entire life?

We here at The Stew aren’t going to take an official stance on the matter, but we will say that the above picture does provide some compelling evidence in support of Sale. There are things no person should have to see, and it’s possible Sale was trying to save us from that reality.

This heroic fan took a lot of risks by standing up for his beliefs at a ballgame. He walked into a potentially hostile situation with a controversial stance, but he was not deterred.
When adversity hits our favorite ball club, let us all hope we can be as courageous as this White Sox fan. It takes a lot of … um … guts to do what he did.
