High school player steals home by sliding through teammate's legs
Stealing home is already pretty cool. It’s the ultimate swagger move. You’re not only going to steal a base, but you’re going to beat the pitch there and score a run for your team. It’s daring, it’s exciting and it’s rare.
From now on, though, the regular steal of home might have lost some of its luster. During a recent high school game, one player pulled off a steal of home that may completely change the game.

That’s Graham Tews, a high school player for the Ogden Bulldogs, and yes, he actually slid through his teammate’s legs in order to steal home.
As far as our reaction, we’ll just agree with the fan in the video who keeps screaming “YEAHHHHHHHH … ALRIGHTTTTTTT … YEAHHHHHHHHHHHH.”
Unfortunately for Ogden, that was the only run the team scored during its 6-1 loss against the CMB Raiders. Raiders pitcher Brady Stover struck out an incredible 18 batters during the contest, which explains why Tews was so desperate to make something happen on the bases.
Tews didn’t just act spontaneously, though. According to his Twitter, the steal was planned.
In case anyone was wondering, the steal WAS planned ????

That leads us to wonder: How many times did the team run the “steal home between your teammate’s legs” drill in practice? And, of course, now that this worked, what will Tews come up with for an encore? Is there any truth to the rumors he’s been working on his backflip?
