This Vin Scully tribute involves Yasiel Puig's feet
It’s Vin Scully’s final season in the broadcast booth for the Los Angeles Dodgers and one of the players he watches every day found a way to show the legendary broadcaster how much he respects him.
Outfielder Yasiel Puig wore a pair of cleats with Scully’s face on them Sunday during the Dodgers 6-5 loss to the Diamondbacks.

Scully probably never dreamed his image would one day end up on a player’s shoes during a game back when he first started out in the profession during college in the late-1940s. And during that day and age, the thought of such a thing probably wouldn’t have been a positive one.
Scully is 88 and has 16 grandchildren. He is completing his 67th season calling MLB games and is beloved throughout the game for his professionalism, respect for the game and uncanny ability to tell stories and weave them seamlessly into his play-by-play of each game.
