Maple Grove guard Brad Davison picks Wisconsin – Minneapolis Star Tribune
Davison picks Badgers
Maple Grove guard Brad Davison announced on Twitter he will play in college basketball at Wisconsin, the second metro standout to commit to the Badgers for 2017.
The 6-3 Davison made the Star Tribune All-Metro first team after averaging 21.3 points, 6.2 rebounds, 7.5 assists and 2.5 steals per game this season. The Crimson went 25-5 and lost in the Class 4A state quarterfinals to Lakeville North. That Panthers team featured 6-10 forward Nathan Reuvers, who said in May he would play for the Badgers and coach Greg Gard.
Davison had reportedly received offers from more than 20 other programs, including the Gophers, Michigan, Nebraska, Northwestern, Stanford and Harvard.
