Sam Mikulak is closing in on a second straight trip to the Olympics. Mikulak posted a score of 90.650 to top the first night of U.S. Olympic Trials on Thursday night. Posting the top scores on floor exercise and vault, Mikulak is rounding into form as he tries to spearhead what the Americans hope is a team deep enough to make a run at the podium in Rio de Janeiro in August.
