Defensive tackle Juan Harris really can’t decide if he wants to go to Iowa or not.
The three-star recruit has decommitted from the Hawkeyes a third time. Yes. A third time. And there’s still more than seven months to go until National Signing Day.

A wrongful death settlement could be reached between the family of Derek Sheely and the NCAA. A judge denied an NCAA motion in April.
