From June 10 to July 10, ESPN will be televising all 51 matches of Euro 2016 live across television to sports fans across the United States.
That’s all well and good if you subscribe to ESPN. But if you don’t or your TV provider doesn’t offer access to WatchESPN, you can watch every single game of the European Championship with Sling TV, the legal streaming alternative where you can watch games on your computer, smartphone, tablet, video game platform, smart TV, Roku, Amazon Fire or connecting your stream to your TV via Google Chromecast.
Sling TV is currently offering a free 7-day trial.
Here’s the step-by-step guide of how to sign up for Sling TV. Sign-up just takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Visit the Sling TV page via this link.
Visit the Sling TV page via this link. Then click on the blue “Watch now 7-days free” button (see screenshot below).

For Euro 2016, where every game is featured on ESPN, you’ll want to click on the button on the left. The Sling Multistream package includes FOX and FOX Sports 1 but doesn’t include ESPN.
For the complete list of channels available, there’ll be a “See more” link underneath the TV station logos.
For Euro 2016, go ahead and click on the left button.
Step 4: Select add-on packages, if you want
Sling TV offers a variety of add-on packages that you can include such as ‘Sports Extra’ that includes beIN SPORTS, while “Best of Spanish TV” includes Univision and UniMas. There are other add-ons too including HBO and other entertainment/news programming.
If you want just ESPN to watch Euro 2016, then skip the add-on packages.
Step 5: Enter your billing information
With the free 7-day trial to Sling TV, your credit card won’t be charged. But you still need to enter your name and payment details in case you decide to continue the Sling TV service past the 7-day free trial (canceling your free trial is easy and can be done online).
Step 6: Don’t forget the age verification check-box
If you’re over 18 years old, click on the black check-box to the right of the blue-button. And then click on the ‘Finish and Submit’ blue button.
Step 7: Download the Sling TV app for your device
