Report: Justin Bieber got into a fight after Cavs-Warriors Game 3
At first blush, it seemed like the roughest thing Justin Bieber would have to deal with on Wednesday night was getting booed mercilessly by the capacity crowd in attendance at Quicken Loans Arena for Game 3 of the 2016 NBA Finals, even though he was faithfully rocking the T-shirt that the Cleveland Cavaliers passed out to fans. According to TMZ, though, it was not:

TMZ obtained this video of Bieber, shot shortly after 11 PM, outside his hotel in downtown Cleveland — he was face-to-face with the guy, who threw a light blow at Justin’s head. That’s when Justin uncorked a right to his face … and then it’s on!
Several people were standing nearby and tried to jump in, but the fight ends up spilling to the ground.
What precipitated the conflict remains unclear. (Perhaps it was the subject of Bieber’s, shall we say, fluid sporting allegiances.) The scuffle took place outside The Westin Cleveland, about a 15-minute walk from the Q, according to Fox 8, which reported that “police were not called, and the altercation lasted only a few minutes.”
One can only hope that Bieber and the gentleman with whom he engaged in both fisticuffs and a bit of ground-and-pound can let bygones be bygones and reach an accord, like the Biebs did earlier this year with UFC fighter Nate Diaz. When tempers flare and verbal sparring boils over into physicality, somebody’s got to be willing to be the bigger man, admit his mistake and make things right. The tale of the videotape shows that Bieber was definitely punching above his weight here, but that shouldn’t matter; we also know he’s a big enough man to say sorry now.
