Enes Kanter promptly roasts Skip Bayless after Thunder’s Game 1 win
In the trolliest of trolls, ESPN turned Fox Sports talking head Skip Bayless attempted to urinate on the straight fire that was the Thunder’s second-round upset of the Spurs, tweeting, “Not sure the Thunder can win a single game against the Warriors,” during Oklahoma City’s Game 6 win over San Antonio.
It took all of five days and one Western Conference finals game to prove that hot take incorrect, as Russell Westbrook and the Thunder stormed into Oracle Arena and stole Game 1 in a come-from-behind victory. Now, OKC owns homecourt advantage and sits uncomfortably in the driver’s seat of this series.

That tweet must’ve been stored in the back of Thunder sixth man Enes Kanter’s mind, since it took the Swiss-born and Turkish-raised backup center less than an hour to burn Bayless for his now cold take.
Kanter contributed eight points and six rebounds during his 18 minutes of action in the Game 1 victory, counting himself among eight Thunder players who temporarily silenced Bayless. Of course, it didn’t take long for ol’ Skip to enter the spin zone and spit out his latest hot take for his 1.89 million Twitter followers:
Surely, Kanter will keep that one in his back pocket, too. So, stay tuned as Twitter wars continue between one guy earning $17.5 million to come off the bench and another making $6.5 million to spit hot takes.
Welcome to sports in 2016, everyone.
