DraftKings MLB Picks For May 3
There are 14 games in the night tournament tonight, so that means a lot of stats to go through, and a lot of tough decisions to make. Who should you spend on? Let’s hit the stats!
NOTE: these picks are based solely on statistics. Some players have never faced their opponents, or have very little experience against them. I am not saying that none of those are good picks. The highest scorer of the day could be someone with no experience against his opponent. This is based on statistical analysis only. If you have a gut feeling, then by all means, follow that. This is not an exact science. The best lineups usually have a mix of proven stats and hot players.
Aaron Nola has little history against the Cardinals, so none of them will be on here. However, if Ruben Tejada plays, he is 1-2 with a two run homer off of Nola! Matt Moore has a limited history against the Dodgers as well. It is no surprise that another interleague matchup features the same problem with Tanner Roark against the Royals. Nick Tropeano has also never faced the Brewers. The only Diamondback that Justin Nicolino has faced is Jean Segura, who is a homer shy of the cycle off of him in seven at bats. Alex Meyer has only faced Carlos Gomez in his career, who got an RBI single in his only at bat off of him. Jon Moscot has never faced the Giants. Same for the Brewers’ Junior Guerra against the Angels.
