Welcome to the Friday edition of Picks & Pivots, a daily fantasy column focused on providing analysis for the upcoming MLB FanDuel slate. The purpose of this column is to first identify key building blocks that can be used for any roster construction and then identify pivot points to help differentiate your lineup in hopes of a big pay day!
Follow me on Twitter @2lockSports and feel free to pose questions each day as you work to construct your DFS roster on FanDuel!
Today’s games kick off at 1:08PM EST with 4 early games and the main slate kicking off at 7:05PM EST with an additional 10 games.
Thursday’s slate was a good reminder that playing the all-day slates this early in the season can wreak havoc as games were postponed after lineups locked. There is a slight chance of rain in the early Cleveland/White Sox game but the other games seem safe even with some chilly weather in NY. Now on to the picks.
