Daily Fantasy Soccer: DFS Soccer Week 32
Hello everyone! Hope everyone enjoyed the time off from Daily Fantasy Premier League during the international break! We are back at it again with the content this week and it’s a very interesting slate that presents some immense value plays at our featured positions. A number of goalkeepers are injured, presenting value plays for fantasy managers. Let’s look at the list of games first:
Norwich – Newcastle
West Ham – Crystal Palace
Bournemouth – Man City
Sunderland – West Brom
Arsenal – Watford
Stoke City – Swansea City
Liverpool – Tottenham
The Liverpool – Tottenham match is the highlight of this bunch as it should give us a high-scoring affair to enjoy. From a fantasy perspective, it will be relevant, on top of a few other games that should provide us with a ton of fun. Let’s take a look at the charts.
Goalkeepers
DraftKings
What stands out here the most is David Ospina. Ospina is the top choice of the slate but there is a chance that Petr Cech starts if he can recover from injury. If Cech starts, he is by far the best choice of the slate. Arsenal have the highest chances of a win-to-nil regardless of who lines up in goal and either one will be an option on Saturday.
There are also a lot of options at the bottom of the list. Jakob Haugaard is the best one, as he is slated to start at home against Swansea. Swansea don’t scare anyone now-a-days, and if Stoke can keep Gylfi Sigurdsson in check, they will have a solid chance at a clean sheet. Willy Caballero is the next best option according to the sports books, and he is easily cash worthy in this matchup.
Karl Darlow is the cheapest option this week. He doesn’t have a great shot of a win-to-nil, but Norwich are no threat in attack and Darlow is a great GPP option. All there cheap goalkeepers allow you to spend up-top, where options are plentiful in this slate.
Strikers
DraftKings
There are three elite players in this slate – Sergio Aguero, Harry Kane, and Alexis Sanchez. Aguero is likely the best player of the three but has struggled to score as of late. Harry Kane is the most in-form striker, but faces a tough away matchup. Alexis Sanchez is getting his form back and gets an elite matchup, but his ceiling is likely a bit lower. We like all three in GPPs, but Aguero is our favorite option.
On the bottom of the list we have Jermain Defoe headlining the slate. He is in good form and gets a fantastic matchup. The sports books love his chances to score, especially in regards to his DraftKings price. Daniel Sturridge should be considered as he is likely to start against Tottenham. The rest of the players are GPP only plays, with Sakho and Joselu being the better ones of the bunch.
Good luck this weekend!
