Yes, that is manager Terry Francona expertly pretending to play the piano as players pen their thank yous.
Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon originated this act and the Indians made sure to pay homage to him at the end. Pitcher Corey Kluber thanked a shirtless cowboy who attended a spring training game and apparently a few players still haven’t gotten over some of the images he provided.

This is the kind of stuff we generally only get at spring training, which is why we’re a little sad to see spring training go. On the flip side, real, meaningful baseball games are about to get started, and there is nothing better than the arrival of a new season, especially for a team like the Indians, who seem to have a legitimate shot at the postseason this year.
