The Royals have made a number of changes at the ballpark this season. That will happen when your club is coming off a World Series win. That’s the type of thing a franchise is going to want to advertise.
One of the biggest, both literally and figuratively, involves a new photo on the team’s Hall of Fame out in left field. The facade of said area now features a picture of the giant crowd that assembled for the team’s World Series victory parade.
That’s right, Royals fans, you’re all Hall of Famers now!
The picture is a pretty nice addition to the park. It’s a great nod to the passionate fans who came out to support the club, but it’s also a callback to the insane spectacle that was the team’s parade. Giant crowds showed up, and people gladly abandoned their cars on the side of the highway just to be a part of the event. That’s the type of moment that deserves to be immortalized in the ballpark.

Now you can prove to your friends that you were at the parade, and that you’re now featured prominently in the park. Considering everyone in Kansas City attended the event, it shouldn’t be hard to make your case. Finding yourself in the giant picture, on the other hand, may take some time.
