Ravens’ Tray Walker critically injured in motorcycle accident
The Baltimore Ravens’ Tray Walker, a rookie in 2015, has been critically injured in a motorcycle accident in Miami.
Walker, who played in eight games last year, was injured in northwest Miami and transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center.
Walker grew up in Miami and played for Texas Southern before being drafted in the fourth round by the Ravens last year.
“Oh my God. This is devastating news,” Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said in a statement. “Our prayers and hopes are with Tray and his family tonight.”
Miami-Dade police are expected to release more information on Walker’s condition later Thursday evening.
