MLB’s new Spring Time caps will make you want to shield your eyes
Spring is here. The birds are chirping, flowers are blooming and, after the gray of winter, the world is finally full of color again.

Spring also signifies the start of baseball. It’s a tremendous pairing, really. Spring and baseball go together like peanut butter and jelly, or Simon and Garfunkel.
Problem is, just because two things go together doesn’t mean any mashup of those items is a good idea. You wouldn’t serve a peanut butter and jelly soup, and you wouldn’t make Simon and Garfunkel perform nu metal.
So, while spring and baseball are tremendous together, combining them into hat form was not the greatest idea.
Yikes! We should have warned you to shield your eyes before posting that. Please accept our apologies. The caps are only available at Lids, so that’s where you can purchase them if you’re interested.
Honestly, we’re not sure who MLB is appealing to here. Maybe that one uncle of yours who still loves Hawaiian shirts. Or that family member who really into Tommy Bahama, but thinks the company needs to be louder and more extreme.

If you’re one of the brave people who want to buy these caps, please wear the strongest sunglasses you own when viewing these items in person. In fact, consider giving sunglasses to all those around you when wearing the caps. It’s one thing to wear the cap yourself, but please don’t hurt the ones you love.
