Charlie Strong subpoenaed in Louisville trustee’s divorce case
Texas coach Charlie Strong might be heading back to a courtroom.
WDRB-TV, the Fox affiliate in Louisville, is reporting that an attorney representing Louisville trustee Jonathan Blue has filed a motion in Kentucky family court to subpoena Strong as part of Blue’s divorce proceedings.
The motion calls Strong a “critical witness” in Blue’s case against his wife Tracy Blue. The motion calls for Strong to give a deposition, produce his cell phones, and call and text message information dating back to 2012. The motion also requests Strong’s calendar and travel records dating back to 2012.
Additionly, Blue’s motion wants Strong to turn over a Movado watch, jewelry, shoes and other clothing given to him by Tracy Blue.
Neither Strong nor Texas has publically responded regarding the requests.
Strong was Louisville’s coach from 2010 to 2013. He came to Texas in 2014.
