Russian cyclist suspended after positive doping test (The Associated Press)
Russian cyclist Eduard Vorganov was provisionally suspended Friday following a positive doping test. The International Cycling Union said the Katusha rider tested positive for meldonium in an out-of-competition control on Jan. 14. The UCI said it’s the second failed test for a Katusha rider in a 12-month period after Luca Paolini tested positive for cocaine in July.
