Lady Gaga set to sing National Anthem at Super Bowl 50
Fresh off her Golden Globe win for her role in the hit show “American Horror Story: Hotel,” Lady Gaga has been announced as a performer at Super Bowl 50.
The Grammy-winning singer/actress will sing the “Star-Spangled Banner” before the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers kick off.
Though she is known for her quirky, controversial and daring costume choices, particularly on the stage and red carpet, Lady Gaga has a serious set of pipes, and she should do a fine job with the Anthem.
Betting site Bovada has set the over/under on the length of Gaga’s rendition at 2 minutes, 20 seconds.
The group Coldplay, with guest Beyonce, will perform at halftime.
