BEST BETS

MOORE: Nets (+11.5) over The Raptors: Toronto is 8-9-1 as a home favorite, Brooklyn is 12-7-1 as a road dog, and 6-5 vs. double-digit spreads as a dog. Take out San Antonio and that number goes 6-3. The Raptors win, but they’re not often this big a favorite for a reason.

HERBERT: Wizards (-4.5) over Blazers : Portland’s defense has been rough lately, and I’m not just referring to the embarrassing 25-point loss in Philadelphia. I see the Wizards’ backcourt putting up a ton of points and winning by double figures.

PANDIAN: Grizzlies (-2.5) over Pelicans: Memphis should be able to protect homecourt and use their strong defense to limit Anthony Davis.
