BEST BETS

Herbert: Raptors (-4.5) over Nets: Brooklyn is not a scary place to play, and Toronto will want to make up for its last two losses. The Raptors were blown out in Cleveland on Monday and had Chicago’s Jimmy Butler rip their hearts out on Sunday.

Moore: Raptors (-4.5) over Nets: The Nets are 7-8 as home dogs. They are 13-6 in all other instances. Hammer Brooklyn at Barclays. Everyone else does.

Pandian: Pelicans (+4) over Mavs: It is hard to see Dallas beating New Orleans after surviving a double-overtime game on Tuesday. Plus, the Pelicans just beat the Mavs in Dallas on Saturday.
