Everyone wants to know how 19-year-old UFC star Sage Northcutt does it.

The hair, the abs, and have you seen those flips?

With two successful UFC fights under his belt, the Katy, Texas, native has taken the MMA world by storm with his beaming Crest smile and flawless physique.

Speculation about Northcutt’s body, however, has followed him throughout his brief professional career. In an era of PED fears and this new USADA/UFC marriage, fans are looking for any chance to turn the young, happy-go-lucky teen into a terrible headline.

Well, rest easy, Sage-a-Maniacs (don’t tempt me, I can do this all day). We finally have the answer as to why Northcutt makes everything look easy.
