Clemson WR Artavis Scott had meniscus surgery after ACC title game
Clemson WR Artavis Scott’s right knee has not been 100 percent over the last part of the season.
Scott had surgery on the meniscus in his right knee after the ACC Championship Game. Coach Dabo Swinney said he’s been playing with the injury for the previous “four or five games.” Scott is expected to be back in time for No. 1 Clemson to play No. 4 Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl
“He’d been playing with that, and done well, obviously,” Swinney said via the Greenville Times. “They decided to go ahead and clean it up while he had time. He’ll be limited (in practice) for a few days, but should be ready to roll full speed after that.”

Clemson co-offensive coordinator described Scott at 80-85 percent over the past few weeks. He said Scott was doing running on the sidelines in practice.
Scott is Clemson’s leading wide receiver. He has 84 catches for 805 yards and five touchdowns in 2015. The sophomore has recorded 10 or more catches in a game twice this season. No other Clemson receiver has more than 40 catches or 582 yards.
