The Winter Meetings have come to an end. While blockbuster deals didn’t may not have happened as often as many initially expected, some big moves were still made. As of right now, the Chicago Cubs have to be World Series favorites, the Arizona Diamondbacks are winning the offseason and the Miami Marlins may or may not deal their ace.
