BEST BETS
Matt Moore: Bucks (+1) at Nets. Even on a back to back, no team should be a dog to Brooklyn. The Bucks have been rough, but their schedule has been tough and they simply have more talent at this point. I’ll take any team getting points vs. the Nets.
Zach Harper: Warriors (-8.5) vs. Grizzlies. After the poor start to the season by Houston, it looks like the Warriors haven’t beaten anybody good yet, so that can be concerning. What’s also concerning for laying the points with Golden State against this Memphis team is they look great after their opening game flat line against the Cavs. But I’m not sure how you go against Steph Curry at home right now with a single-digit spread — even against Memphis.
Ananth Pandian: Bucks (+1.5) over Nets. In a battle of winless teams, Milwaukee should triumph over the Nets. The Bucks are dealing with injuries to key reserve players but they should have enough depth to outlast the Nets.
Karl-Anthony Towns hopes to keep the Wolves winning. (USATSI)
