USA Cycling appoints Hodge as new technical director (The Associated Press)
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — Chuck Hodge has been appointed the technical director at USA Cycling. Hodge replaces Mark Guthart, who was hired last year to replace the fired Shawn Farrell.
