Fan shaves detailed Blue Jays logo into his chest hair
Toronto Blue Jays fans were pretty crazed during Wednesday’s ALDS-clinching victory against the Texas Rangers. At times, they were actually a little too into the action, especially during the seventh inning when several of them tossed bottles, cans and other objects on the field in protest to the Rangers scoring a controversial go-ahead run.
That bit of ugliness aside, Blue Jays fans definitely created a memorable atmosphere that matches anything we’ve seen so far in Chicago, New York or Kansas City. They’re definitely into this team and are committed to their part in helping Toronto reach its first World Series since 1993. But no fan, and we mean absolutely no fan, is as committed as this guy.
Indeed, this gentleman has the Blue Jays logo shaved in remarkable detail into his chest hair.
And we thought the Cubs’ fan with Jake Arrieta’s likeness shaved into his head took his commitment to the next level. This guy wants his support displayed front and center, and based on the photo above wasn’t shy about displaying it on Wednesday.
Good for him. If you have the passion and you have the courage to go through with it, why not let the world see it?
We’re just happy, for his sake anyway, that it won’t go for naught. The Blue Jays are still alive and well in the postseason, meaning he’ll get a lot more mileage out of it. As awesome as it looks in victory, we can’t imagine how depressing it may have been in season-ending defeat.
