AP Poll: Utah surges while Oregon drops out for first time since 2009
For the first time since 2009, Oregon is out of the AP Poll.
After Utah went to Autzen Stadium and demolihed the Ducks 62-20, the Utes climbed to No. 10, making them the second-highest ranked Pac-12 team, and the Ducks fell out snapping a string a 98 consecutive appearances in the poll.
The top six remained unchanged with Ohio State, Michigan State, Ole Miss, TCU, Baylor and Notre Dame all filling those spots.
Also, making an unexpected appearance in is Cal, which is ranked for the first time since 2009. The Bears came in at No. 24 after starting the season 4-0. Michigan and Florida also are back in the poll for the first time since 2013.
