These 200 amazing Gerald Green dunks are a good way to spend 15 minutes
Miami Heat wing Gerald Green has carved out a useful role for himself as a scorer off the bench, but whenever he leaves the sport he will be remembered for one thing — his elite dunking ability. Since he entered the NBA right out of high school in 2005, Green has lit up dunk contests and games with his electric leaping ability and creativity in the air. He’s the sort of player fans will talk about years from now with absolutely no mention of his production.

The following video serves as a compelling testament to Green’s enduring appeal. YouTube user “House of Hoops” has collected 200 of the 29-year-old’s best dunks of his career. If you don’t think you can get through all 15 minutes, just hit play and surprise yourself:
OK, now we can tell you the truth — this video does not feature exactly 200 dunks. YouTube commenter “Underpantsniper” (a man of integrity if ever we have known one) counted 193, and Basketball Reference data only lists Green with 195 dunks in his eight NBA seasons. I guess we will have to due without those seven extra slams.

Then again, watching this many Gerald Green dunks will probably affect your dreams, so I’m sure we can come up with seven more somehow.
